Our client is seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sales team in JUBA and drive business growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, and building lasting client relationships. Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Set sales targets and ensure the team achieves or exceeds them.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve high performance.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and address areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and address client needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee negotiations and close deals for mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
  • Oversee the development of sales proposals and presentations.
  • Work closely with marketing to align sales strategies with campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet client needs.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales management with a successful track record.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a sales team.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
