Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to support the growth and visibility of our diverse product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a creative mindset for marketing, and the drive to succeed in a dynamic trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets across various product lines.
  • Identify new business opportunities and engage prospective clients.
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships through excellent service and consistent follow-up.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s digital presence including social media and email marketing.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials and content aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics for sales and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales and/or marketing role, preferably in a trading or distribution company.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within Uganda for client visits and market research.
