Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Receptionist and
Personal Assistant. In this dual role, the successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative
support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and handle reception duties
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and
proper routing - Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and guests’ information
- Manage the managing director’s schedule, cording meeting, interviews, and client
consultation. - Serve as main contact, handling inquires, scheduling, and client-candidate
coordination - Provide administrative support to senior staff
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are well-stocked
- Develop and implement maintain processes
- Overseeing and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Handle daily administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of receptionist/PA experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or related in any field of study
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office, , and other productivity tools
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
