Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Receptionist and
Personal Assistant. In this dual role, the successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative
support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and handle reception duties
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and
    proper routing
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and guests’ information
  • Manage the managing director’s schedule, cording meeting, interviews, and client
    consultation.
  • Serve as main contact, handling inquires, scheduling, and client-candidate
    coordination
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff
  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are well-stocked
  • Develop and implement maintain processes
  • Overseeing and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Handle daily administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of receptionist/PA experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related in any field of study
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, , and other productivity tools
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
