Job Summary
Our client’s purpose and search for a Client Relationship Officer  is for them to carry a responsibility of building and maintaining good relationships with clients through listening to complaints or concerns and resolving them. They will be responsible for establishing relationships with prospective and existing clients, with the aim to ultimately generate new business sales income.

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will conduct customer analysis so as to understand the needs of the client/client segment and consequently deliver the best Medical care Insurance solutions to the client that meet the objectives of both the client and Medical care
  • They should be able to develop and implement CRM strategy and partnerships for client segment.
  • Possess knowledge on Medical care processes and procedures for on boarding new and maintaining existing clients are followed in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Prepare and dispatch renewal proposals at least 60 days before policy expiry date.
  • Schedule renewal meetings and drive renewal negotiations.
  • Identify process improvement areas.
  • Ensures timely and effective resolution of client concerns and issues, ensuring that all client calls and cases are properly received, logged and tracked until resolution within Med care SLA.
  • Closely monitors and assesses the activities of competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients.
  • Regularly visits clients, preparing and giving presentations including to existing policyholders.
  • Provides periodic reports on client base/no of lives insured.
  • Give weekly, monthly and yearly targets on retention of existing business and implement a management target offered as the “retention rate of the business”

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service
  • Ability to network and build relationships
  • Industry knowledge, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skill and communication skills
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
