Job Summary

They are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to support revenue growth, expand market presence, and enhance the performance of satellite clinics. The role will focus on executing business development strategies, strengthening partnerships, and driving patient acquisition while ensuring alignment with brand and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of business development strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Oversee the day-to-day commercial performance of satellite clinics, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including patient volumes, revenue targets, and service utilization.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, service lines, and referral networks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurers, corporates, physicians, and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Implement patient acquisition initiatives across outpatient, inpatient, and specialty services.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions and growth strategies.
  • Support pricing strategies, contract discussions, and partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Assist in coordinating outreach programs, community engagement, and digital health initiatives.
  • Work closely with finance and operations teams to track performance and ensure cost-effective growth.
  • Prepare reports on revenue performance, growth metrics, and business development activities.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to align business initiatives with patient care priorities.

  • Revenue growth across assigned clinics and service lines
  • Patient volume growth and service utilization
  • Expansion and effectiveness of referral networks and partnerships
  • Performance of satellite clinics against defined targets
  • Contribution to successful launch or expansion of services

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles, preferably in healthcare
