About the Client

Our client is specialized in supply and apply Inspection and audit service for lifting equipment, tubular, rig equipment, in process inspection and pipeline baseline surveys.

Job Summary

Provides efficient HR and administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, payroll processing, and staff welfare. Maintains accurate records, ensures compliance with internal policies and client requirements, and facilitates smooth mobilization and handover of personnel to oil and gas project sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating site-level recruitment and on-boarding processes with the head office.
  • Posting job openings, screening candidates, and participating in interviews.
  • Serving as the HR focal point between field workers and management.
  • Handling grievances, resolving conflicts, and supporting staff welfare.
  • Monitoring daily staff attendance and preparing accurate payroll data.
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll deadlines and statutory requirements.
  • Communicating HR policies and procedures to site staff.
  • Maintaining up-to-date personnel files and documentation.
  • Supporting national content programs and CSR activities with local communities.
  • Representing the company in stakeholder forums

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR and administrative support, preferably in the oil and gas or a related field environment
  • Integrity, good conduct, honesty and self-discipline.
  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and payroll administration
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Age under 40.
  • Physically fit for camp work environment.
