Job Summary
Our client is in need of an Executive Assistant who will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will ensure the MD’s office operates efficiently, confidentially, and professionally, enabling the MD to focus on strategic leadership and decision-making.
Job Description
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD by managing his diary, scheduling, and coordination of meetings
  • Prepare, edit, and manage reports, presentations, briefing notes, and official documents
  • Screen, prioritize, and manage correspondence (emails, letters, calls) on behalf of the MD
  • Organize and coordinate board meetings, management meetings, and executive engagements
  • Prepare meeting agendas, compile relevant documents, take accurate minutes, and track action points
  • Assist in monitoring deadlines, deliverables, and performance targets relevant to the MD’s office
  • Support the MD in tracking strategic initiatives and organizational priorities
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
  • Liaise with senior management, board members, clients, partners, and regulatory bodies on behalf of the MD
  •  Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for the MD
  • Manage office supplies and administrative resources for the MD’s office
  • Support coordination of corporate events, stakeholder engagements, and official functions
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, Human Resource Management, or a related field
  •  Postgraduate qualification or professional certification (e.g., Administrative or Executive Assistant training) is an added advantage
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar executive support role, preferably at senior management level
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management systems.
